Home Protection Membership Limitations
- Membership applies to one residential property.
- Included visits and services do not roll over or accumulate.
- Repairs and replacement parts are not included unless specifically stated.
- Water-heater anode replacement is additional.
- Discounts cannot be combined with financing discounts, coupons or promotions.
- Dispatch, emergency, after-hours and overtime charges are not included.
- Pre-existing conditions are excluded.
- Customer must provide safe access to the home and plumbing equipment.
- Services are subject to equipment condition and accessibility.
Premium+ Membership Limitations
- Membership applies to one residential property.
- Included visits and services do not roll over or accumulate.
- Repairs and replacement parts are not included unless specifically stated.
- Water-heater anode replacement is additional.
- Standard filters are included. Specialty, oversized, electronic, media-cabinet and difficult-access filters are additional.
- Additional salt required because of excessive use, equipment failure, leaks, improper sizing or abnormal water conditions is additional.
- Sewer-camera service requires an accessible cleanout.
- Removing a toilet, roof access, excavation, clearing access or creating a cleanout is additional.
- Standard drain cleaning excludes hydro jetting, excavation, root removal, foreign objects, inaccessible piping, collapsed piping and plumbing repairs.
- Dishwasher service is limited to the accessible drain hose, air gap and connection. Appliance repair and disassembly are excluded.
- Dryer-vent service requires safe and reasonable access. Damaged, disconnected, rooftop-only or inaccessible vent systems may require an additional estimate.
- Discounts cannot be combined with financing discounts, coupons or promotions.
